This 4-year-old child was normal passing stools herself until 9 months she was diagnosed with Anorectal Malformation. This is a congenital condition in which the child has an absent anal opening with the connection of the anus to the Urinary Tract. Staged management has commenced: he had a colostomy done to enable him to pass stools. Definitive surgery (Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty) is yet to be done. Till now she still depends on this uncomfortable situation and she needs immediate medical attention so as to correct this disorder and that she can be able to do what is expected of her.
